I'm sick and Sonja took Layla out without a camera, so.
As I understand it she mis-behaved (Layla, that is). Sonja's description matched my earlier walks: my theory is that this is standard for Layla, until she becomes more comfortable with them (Sonja doesn't typically take Layla out in the mornings, and we usually both go in the evenings).
Relatedly, Layla sat happily still while I gave her a good brushing. She's fluffy and knot-free.
