Day Six

The trouble with small dogs - and, say, small and spoilt dogs - is that one has trouble determining whether they're stopping because they're tired, or whether they're stopping in protest because they just don't want to walk that way (mostly the case with Layla, I suspect. It is generating confrontations).

Our excitement, this morning, was bumping into Sonja on our walk. Sadly she had to leave us because we were simply making terrible progress (at which point Layla nearly killed herself trying to run after her).

Also she won't let us comb her properly. Her owners are getting back a knotty-haired dog but, not our fault. She won't let us comb her and her owners won't let me shave her, so. We'll see how we go after her next bath.

We also learned that her owners can be stalked, internationally, via Google analytics:

Although Layla doesn't seem so impressed. I don't think she even knows what France and Germany are. Kids these days. I don't know.

Vegan dog-treat baking day, today.
