Layla was quite explicit about wanting her walk this morning, which was good.
Although it took us a little while to get going (we ended up spending about 5 minutes just walking back and forth, more or less, in front of our building). We also returned to Riverside, although I'd wanted to return to Morningside. Oh well. She's the boss, after all.
The weather was lovely.
and we almost got to play with other dogs.
You'll notice Layla's a lot better with them, now
I learned an easy way to keep Layla walking: found tennis ball!
I also stopped Layla from going to walk with the cars
which I think was a very Responsible Adult Thing To Do. Layla just tries to break rules all over the place.
I also kept her from eating cat food.
Why do people leave those out? I don't know. They're probably laced with something.
