Day Eleven

This is the feeling we learn to live with in North America
The morning headlines always accompanied with sweat and nausea

Morning walk!

We return to Riverside park.

Lovely weather

Also a nice low-traffic Sunday.

This was interesting. So this is about a usual Layla walk, behaviour-wise.

(that was filmed with my phone, not the camera). This morning we saw some woman walking her Shih-Tzu not unlike a small child pulling a toy dog on wheels. It reminded of a scene from The Wrong Trousers. Some people don't deserve animals, they really don't. Poor thing.

We found more tennis balls.

These are all over this city (these or markings to a similar purpose - or different purpose for similar people).

Had I been remaining in New York I'd have looked for (an American equivalent of) a TAFE course on this stuff. I'm convinced there's some alternate city underfoot - a future city, perhaps? Who knows (I mean, sure, ConEd people probably know).

Walk was over; Layla was pooped.
